Connor Mann is a community-focused leader from Escambia County, Florida, with a strong passion for civic engagement, public service, and ministry. Born and raised in the Beulah area, he has deep roots in the community and a commitment to its long-term growth.

Connor currently serves as the Children’s Pastor at Beulah Church and as a Commissioner’s Aide for Steve Stroberger, where he supports local initiatives, assists constituents, and contributes to community development efforts. He previously interned for Escambia County Commissioner Doug Underhill, assisting with constituent services and policy research, gaining valuable experience in local government.

In 2022, Connor ran for a seat on the Escambia County School Board. Motivated by a desire to address the teacher shortage and improve salaries, his campaign helped spotlight key issues in local education—even though he did not win the race.

Connor is an active member of his local church and a strong advocate for the DPZ master plan, which outlines a thoughtful vision for Beulah's future. He believes the county commission should move forward with the plan, which was shaped by community input and reflects the values of its residents.
