Connor Mann is a community-focused leader from Escambia County, Florida, with a passion for public service, ministry, and strengthening the community he calls home. Born and raised in the Beulah area, Connor has deep roots in Escambia County and a strong commitment to its future.

Connor currently serves as a Commissioner’s Aide to Escambia County Commissioner Steve Stroberger, where he works directly with constituents, assists with local issues, and supports the day-to-day work of county government. He also serves as the Children’s & Operations Pastor at Beulah Church, where he works with families, volunteers, and church leadership to help strengthen the church’s ministry and its service to the community.

Connor’s experience in local government began through an internship with Escambia County Commissioner Doug Underhill, where he gained firsthand experience in constituent services, policy research, and county government. His public-service experience has continued through his work with Escambia County and his involvement in community issues affecting the future of the Beulah area.

In 2022, Connor ran for Escambia County School Board, motivated by concerns surrounding the teacher shortage, educator compensation, and the quality of public education. Although he did not win the election, the campaign gave him valuable experience engaging with voters and discussing the issues facing families and educators across Escambia County.

Connor has remained actively involved in conversations about the future of Beulah and Escambia County, including responsible growth, infrastructure, and long-term community planning. He has supported the DPZ master plan as a framework developed through community input to help guide growth while preserving the character and quality of life of the Beulah area.

Through his work in local government, ministry, education advocacy, and community development, Connor remains committed to serving the people of Escambia County and helping build a stronger future for the community he has called home since childhood.
